How long does a standard portrait session take?
Most portrait sessions take 60–90 minutes including setup, styling guidance, and multiple lighting scenarios.
When will I receive my edited photos?
Proofs arrive within 48 hours. Final retouched selects are delivered 5–7 business days after your picks.
Do you travel for on-location shoots?
Yes. We cover GTA and nationwide travel. Travel fees depend on distance, permits, and logistics. Ask for a custom quote.
What are your print sizes and paper types?
We offer prints from 5×7 up to 24×36 on lustre, matte, and fine-art cotton rag. Archival inks with 100+ year longevity.
Can I license images for commercial use?
Absolutely. We provide commercial licensing tailored to usage, territory, and duration. You’ll receive a formal license agreement.
Do you provide makeup and styling?
We partner with experienced HMUAs and stylists. Add-on packages are available and scheduled alongside your session.
How many photos will I receive?
For a standard session, expect 80–120 proofs and 10–20 fully retouched selects depending on your package.
What’s your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
You can reschedule up to 72 hours in advance without fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
How do I receive the final files?
We deliver via secure online gallery with download links for web-optimized and full-resolution formats.
Do you back up sessions?
Yes. We use on-site RAID and secure cloud backups for redundancy for at least 6 months after delivery.
Can you help with creative direction?
We provide mood boards, shot lists, and posing guidance. Bring references and we’ll build a cohesive plan together.
